MHS SRA VPN - Escalation via the InteleMed Helpdesk

Information

The InteleMed MHS SRA Helpdesk will be handling all requests relating to the MHS SRA VPN offering. The form to apply for the MHS SRA VPN service will reside on the Physician's Home Page under Support/Feedback.  The Physician's Home page can be reached by clicking the Physician Home Page Icon from MemNet, the MemorialCare Network.  Memnet is the browser home page for all workstations at any of the MHS campuses.  

The InteleMed MHS SRA Help Desk is also available by calling 800 845-5769 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
